Rehearse First

Terms of Use

Last updated 20 August 2026

By using Rehearse First you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

What the app is

Rehearse First lets you practise workplace conversations against a language model playing the other person, and gives you feedback afterwards. It is a practice tool.

What it is not

It is not legal, HR, medical, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. The counterpart is generated by a language model: it is not a real person, it does not know your colleagues, and its responses may be inaccurate or unrealistic. Feedback in the debrief is generated too. Decisions about real conversations, real employment matters, and real people are yours.

If a situation involves harassment, discrimination, safety, or anything with legal weight, talk to a qualified professional rather than relying on this app.

Credits and payment

Refund requests go to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, since Apple is the seller. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will restore the credits.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rehearse First to harass anyone, to generate content that is unlawful, or to attempt to extract the underlying prompts or model. Do not enter other people's personal or confidential information — see the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The app depends on services we do not control. We aim to keep it working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a paid rehearsal cannot be delivered, the credit is returned.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may change. The updated date above will change, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.
