How do rehearsals work?
One credit buys one rehearsal: the whole conversation, however long it runs, plus the debrief at the end. You are not charged per message.
What do I get for free?
Two full rehearsals, including debriefs, with no payment details required.
A rehearsal failed. Was I charged?
No. If a rehearsal cannot start, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
How do I restore purchases?
Credits are added to your balance as soon as a purchase completes. If a purchase went through and your balance did not change, email us with the date and we will correct it.
How do I delete my data?
Email us and we will delete your account and every rehearsal attached to it. See Privacy.
