Rehearse First is an iOS app for new managers. Pick a situation — giving critical feedback, saying no to your boss, telling someone they didn't get the promotion — describe what is actually going on, and talk it through with someone who pushes back the way a real person would.
Afterwards you get a debrief: what landed, what undercut you, and what the conversation needed and never got. Every point quotes something you actually said.
